Honoring Mexican heritage, Cantina Rosa draws inspiration from diverse regions across Mexico, enriched by the expertise of Virtue’s most experienced Mexican team members. The name "Rosa" holds deep personal significance, paying tribute to two women—Rosa, the mother of Jesus Garcia, and Rosetta, the grandmother of Erick Williams—who profoundly shaped their lives.
Cantina Rosa’s diverse team of bartenders is made up of thoughtful tastemakers, whose passion for spirit-driven experiences is matched only by their dedication to exceptional hospitality.
Agave takes center stage here, seamlessly integrated into nearly all of our cocktails. The small plates on our menu, inspired by regional ingredients and techniques from across Mexico, serve as a humble backdrop, designed to pair perfectly with our craft cocktails.
